Like the original, the top is made of nubuck and has a glossy patent leather overlay. It has a uniform neutral grey finish throughout. An ultralight Phylon midsole's cushioning capabilities are improved with a full-length Air unit. The translucent rubber outsole with herringbone traction pods under the forefoot and heel reveals a carbon fibre shank plate underneath.
